Política de cancelación

Please note we have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place. From this point, no refunds will be given; before then you are welcome to amend your booking. Please note: arena hire and the riding/handling done within that time is completed at your own risk. The arena hire is for 1 horse / pony. Please get in contact after booking if you would like to add another horse / rider on for £10. max 2 horses at any time. Please make sure you clear up your horse's droppings and any mess in the car park and arena. Report any breaks / damage straight to the yard staff. The arenas will be checked after every arena hire to ensure it is kept in the quality state it is found in. Please adhere to the one way system, entering down alexanders lane from Petersfield road and following directions given in booking confirmation.
